Anticipation is the word that best describes this time of year for me. The weather is about to shift, plants begin to sprout their leaves, flowers will display brilliant colors, and the real estate market becomes alive! It's a time that all of my continued education is applied! 

Recently, I have focused my attention on becoming an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR). As a result, I am well equipped to represent my clients through the home buying process. My goal in this newsletter is to share practical tips for you as a homeowner, buyer, or seller.

Becky was terrific. Very prompt in her communication with us without being overwhelming. Sent gentle yet appropriately firm reminders when we weren't getting to important tasks in a timely manner. Calmly walked us through the whole process of putting in a contingent offer, selling our other home, helping us purchase this home, and drove to the final walk through and closing in a snow storm.
